Kelcy is a Managing Partner and leads the Financial Planning group at Capital Advisors. She is located in the Tulsa headquarters. Kelcy has been with Capital Advisors since 2018 and manages a team of CFP® professionals, CPA, and estate planning attorneys. The planning team prides itself on a comprehensive approach to financial planning and navigating clients through life’s many phases. Kelcy works closely with our High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Clients. She holds her CFP® designation and is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor®.

Kelcy holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Tulsa. She was a member of the Irish varsity tennis team, achieving two-time All-America selection honors and earning induction into the Oklahoma Tennis Hall of Fame in 2014. Before joining Capital Advisors, Kelcy worked within the Private Wealth Group at BOK Financial and served as an Assistant Coach at both the University of Notre Dame and the University of Tulsa.

Currently, Kelcy is participating in the Schwab Executive Leadership Program. She is actively involved in the community, serving on the board of Street School and contributing her time and expertise to support its mission.
