Sean focuses on estate planning within our financial planning team. He is a Tulsa native who attended the University of Tulsa where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Taxation and a Juris Doctor. After graduating from law school in 2006, Sean practiced law in the areas of tax and business planning in Fort Worth, Texas. Sean joined Johnson & Jones in February 2015. He has been a licensed attorney in the State of Oklahoma since September of 2011 and in the State of Texas since May of 2007. His areas of emphasis focus on estate planning, tax and business planning for closely-held businesses and individuals, choice of business entity, entity formation and dissolution, multi-entity planning, management and ownership structures, business transactions, and the federal and state tax consequences related to such items. Sean has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tulsa teaching the “Elder Law and Estate Planning” class and also teaching in the Collins School of Business.
