Kelcy is located in the Tulsa headquarters and leads the financial planning services group at Capital Advisors. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her MBA from the University of Tulsa. Kelcy competed on the Irish varsity tennis team, finishing her career as a two-time All-America selection, and was inducted into the Oklahoma Tennis Hall of Fame in 2014. She is a CFP® professional and is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor®. In the community, Kelcy dedicates her time and talent to Street School and Living Arts as a board member. At home, Kelcy and her husband are raising two young daughters.
